Admissions and Marketing

Navtikaa Bedi joined Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2023 and is part of the Admissions and Marketing team. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from INSEEC U, Paris. In her role, she works closely with interns, coordinating admissions-related activities and guiding them through day-to-day processes.

Navtikaa is actively involved in student outreach and enjoys engaging with students,both within TSLAS and beyond the institute -by building genuine, one-on-one connections to understand their aspirations and concerns. Her management skills play a key role in the admissions process, from planning outreach activities and streamlining applicant coordination to ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication with prospective students and stakeholders.

She brings a structured yet people-first approach to admissions, balancing data, deadlines, and student experience. Her leadership style is collaborative and hands-on, whether it’s mentoring interns, counselling prospective students, or contributing to outreach and social media initiatives aligned with the institute’s broader goals.
