Sobha Singh Department of fine art Punjabi University, Patiala and started pursuing Doctor of philosophy In lacquer art in the context of artist Jeet Singh to perceive by chance his concealed art technique and flair in lacquer art during field work and research. Attended many Art Workshops and Exhibitions to glorify and exalt skills. Served as a lecturer for one year to enhance the skills and taught students the various forms of Art.
