An Evening Beyond the Script: TSLAS Brings “T/Unscripted” to Life

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences(TSLAS) curated T/Unscripted, an Open Discussion Forum that brought together curious minds for an evening of candid conversation. The forum's larger purpose was to carve out space for conversation unbound by formality or expectation. Rather than following a fixed agenda, discussions were allowed to unfold organically, shaped entirely by the questions and viewpoints participants brought with them.

 

The evening’s format favoured dialogue over presentation. It was an open floor where attendees could raise questions, challenge one another's thinking, and follow ideas wherever they led, all over cups of tea in a setting built for candid exchange.

 

The event drew students and thinkers eager to move beyond routine discourse and engage with ideas that pushed back against easy assumptions. The forum was held on 20th February 2026, and at its core, T/Unscripted was built around a simple premise: question everything, especially what seems obvious.

 

Participants were encouraged to voice bold opinions and unfiltered perspectives, with organizers noting that such openness often led to moments of clarity and occasionally, a touch of existential reflection.
